La terza rivoluzione industriale

Le basi della prima rivoluzione industriale hanno visto come fonte energetica il carbone e come infrastruttura la ferrovia attraverso il motore a vapore; la seconda rivoluzione industriale, basata sul petrolio ha visto la nascita del motore a scoppio accompagnato dall' automobile e quindi strade e autostrade. In questi casi le ricchezze dei paesi con carbone e petrolio hanno avuto un boom economico maggiore. Adesso che le tecnologie permettono di ricavare energia da fonti rinnovabile, equamente distribuita nel mondo, ovvero dove c' è più sole c' è meno vento o viceversa (comunque maree, geotermia, biomasse ecc), si tratta di sviluppare il motore elettrico, le batterie e l' idrogeno come accumulatore energetico.

The bases of the first industrial revolution have seen the carbon as power source and the railway as infrastructure through the steam engine ; the second industrial revolution, found  on oil have seen the birth of the internal combustion engine follow through the car ,therefore, roads and toll roads. In these cases, the wealth of countries with carbon and oil had a greater economic boom. Now, technologies enable to obtain energy from renewable sources, fairly provided in the world, in other words where there is more sun there is less wind or vice versa (anyway tides, geothermal science, biomasses etc.), it comes to develop the electric engine, the batteries and the hydrogen as energy storage.

Ricaricare le barche a propulsione elettrica non è mai stato così semplice, pensiamo a delle isole autonome con i pannelli fotovoltaici e accumulatori, dislocate in punti strategici per coprire l' intera laguna, garantiscono la ricarica delle batterie di bordo attraverso una colonnina di ricarica.

Comparison: conventional drive system vs. Hybrid drive system

A conventional drive system consists of a diesel engine, a transmission and a propeller. The components are coupled together via a shaft. the diesel engine is mechanically controlled by the throttle.
A major disadvantage of the conventional drive system is that the transmission is heavily used which causes early wear.
Additionally, a large amount of space is required for the shaft which connects the diesel engine and the gearbox (transmission) to the propeller. If the shaft rotates throughout the boat' s length, it may also result in increased noise levels.

HYBRID DRIVE SYSTEM
In a hybrid drive system, the "cable replace shaft" concept requires far less space. Energy is stored in a battery bank and supplied via cable to an electric motor. A synchronous (permanent magnet) electric motor is mechanically coupled directly to the ship propeller. These modern, dynamic permanent magnet motors have very high thrust even in the lower speed range. Battery-only operation, already required on many inland waterways and lakes, is now possible.
An efficient diesel generator can also be installed into the system. This is only required to run when the batteries need charging or a higher amount of continuos power is required.

Fanali di navigazione-LED

Per la navigazione notturna si utilizzano dei fanali dalle caratteristiche internazionali, che segnalano la direzione e il verso di ogni imbarcazione - dove il rosso sta per sinistra, il verde indica la dritta e il bianco invece, il coronamento di poppa. Il fanale di fonda nelle barche a vela è in testa all' albero maestro, e la sostituzione può essere complicata, per tal motivo il nostro cantiere, oltre alle particolari gru che agevolano le operazioni in alta quota,  propone la sostituzione con bulbi a LED waterproof IP68 che consumano solo 3,5 Watt e durano oltre 50000 ore, disponibili da 12 a 24 volt.
