La mensa interaziendale di Irene Fortunato è al passo con la tecnologia e sta investendo nell' illuminazione a LED, l' impianto prevede la sostituzione delle lampadine alogene da 150 W con lampadine equivalenti a LED da 5 W, l' idea è ridurre i consumi della luce sulla bolletta, limitare l' inquinamento consumando meno energia per l' illuminazione e aumentare i clienti consumatori dato che queste luci rendono gli ambienti molto accoglienti.
